Ursa Major Natural Deodorant - Forest Fix | Aluminum-Free, Non-staining and Cruelty-Free | 2.6 ounces

As I get older, I notice natural products won’t last as long as the chemical version. However, considering the lifelong implications of having toxic substances in a major glandular area, I’d rather suffer from slight odor occasionally than increase the possibility of getting terminal cancers. So, this is the best I’ve found so far. It’s not messy, sticky, or leaves residue. I do, however use the deodorant in the morning after showering at night. I also spray cologne under my pits prior to using this. That way the alcohols from cologne will kill off any bacteria growth from sleeping. I wake up at 4am, go to the gym for an hour and a half, and then straight to work for 6. By the time I get to work, I freshen up in my office with more cologne under my arms, and I’m good until about noon. I don’t have the time to shower. But I change into clean clothes. When I get back to my office, I’ll wash my pits in the bathroom, reapply cologne, and reapply deodorant. I’m good to go the rest of the day in the desert heat. It’s a small price to pay to be healthy. Lastly, I do have “ROUTINE” charcoal deodorant. You need to use your fingers, which isn’t fun, but I love the smell. To me, I feel it last longer than Ursa Major, and smells better, too. I don’t use cologne beforehand either. But my wife says it smells like I’m masking my BO smell more than just smelling bad and both of us knowing it with this cologne. I suggest you try both products and try for yourself. They are my 2 favorites.

I was pleased see just how natural the ingredients list is, and I also really like the fact that they list each oil used for the scent. Unlike most “natural” deoterants that say “natural fragrance” or “parfum” - terms that do not mean anything, and could be a host of synthetic things. I enjoy the smell and once you detox it is very effective in keeping your body odor out of the picture. If used with some good essential oil cologne you will smell amazing, and your natural scent will mix well with organic products used like this one. Smelling good comes from being healthy

This deodorant worked well for me, but I have found better aluminum free alternatives. This was my first attempt at using an aluminum free deodorant. I was impressed with how well it worked. This applied as I would expect from a conventional deodorant. The only issue I had with this was that it wouldn’t last throughout the whole day, and I would have to reapply. I had been using a clinic strength conventional deodorant, so this may not be an issue for everyone.

While this deodorant is most definitely on the pricier side - I initially purchased it because I wanted something all natural. It also smells just awesome - very woodsy. The biggest perk that I didn't realize would happen was that my t-shirts no longer get those crusty yellow pit stains. And t-shirts that I had put in my "yard work" pile with said stains - have actually been reclaimed. The only less than stellar thing I've noticed is you definitely need to apply at least daily. If I don't, I noticed I smell less than desirable in the morning.

I am someone with very sensitive under arms. This product left me with very tender irritated skin. The smell was fine, it went on easy, but it didn't really keep me from smelling like B.O and it's not for all sensitive skin people. Not worth the price tag to find that all out. It was a bummer considering that I do like other products from this brand.

Love this product but recent packaging change results in the product seeping out and it’s very messy.

I assumed "forest fix" would smell like evergreens. Should have read the description more closely - "peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary essential oils". The sandalwood is potent. almost smells like patchouli. I didn't care for it. However, it went on smoothly, unlike other natural deodorants, but it didn't last the entire day. Maybe only a couple of hours. Considering I don't sweat that much or smell if I do, this was disappointing. The best natural deodorant I've found is the Each & Every brand (I've only tried the lemon scent), which is cheaper but lasts all day.

Smells like Christmas trees on application. The scent fades through the day but keeps the pits feeling fresh. One of the better natural deodorants that I've tried. Product needs a little warming before use if it gets too chilly.

Smell is good but doesn’t work in UAE. Doesn’t make any difference if you use it or not.
