Healing my PCOS
If you have PCOS take this product and stay as far away from all forms of gluten and pasteurized foods, unnatural healthy sugars and sweetners as well as all meat and gmo foods. My PCOS is disappearing takes about 3 months6 months to see and feel results but 1 to 2 years before full recovery. Dont give up. Eve. When you quit taking the meds keep eating as heatlthy as possible amd remeber Gluten and Pasterized foods and foods with hormones and heavy metals and more did this too you.

this is a hormone balancing herb
I've been taking this for years and never had hot flashes. Gave a weeks supply to a co-worker and she couldn't believe the relief it gave her in such a short time. Works great.

Second time buying this product and I love it! I definitely do not take it every day, but I certainly notice its effects. Some positive effects: I am much stronger, happier, & motivated with more endurance when I take this product. Some iffy effects: I have SEVERE cystic acne when I take this product with intense hunger pains. Overall, if I take it a couple times a week, Iโm able to balance the positives and negatives of this supplement. No noticeable changes in libido, so donโt buy it for this.
