I saw these online and thought I'd give him a try especially for those nights you wake up and can't get back to sleep. Pop one out of the blister pack and put it on your tongue to quickly dissolve. You'll be able to go back to sleep and about 20 minutes. On rare occasions I have to take two. The nice thing is that you can take it several hours before the alarm goes off, and you won't have that drugged feeling. Clear headed and ready to go!

These really work!! I have tried just about everything and was introduced to these by a dear friend. Was very sceptical about taking something that was just herbal but wow! I drift off easy and wake up alert and ready for the day with a spring in my step. Now I tell everyone I can about my little sleep secret.

Not addicting

I like them. I think they help with sleep… but I cannot guarantee it. If so, it doesn’t work 100% of the time but I still buy them for the times it magically seems to help. I sometimes take two. I do think they’re expensive for what they are.

Good product

I've long had problems turning my mind off at bedtime. I didn't really expect from this product but to my pleasure and surprise it works great! I give myself three shots under the tongue right before hitting the pillow and I'm quickly able to relax and fall asleep.

I find these very easy to take. The very small capsules melt on or under your tongue. There is very little taste. I have noticed a positive impact on my sleep quality so I would say they are effective. I only need to take one before settling down to sleep. I think the price is really good value for their quality and effectiveness. Taken nightly the quality of my sleep is noticeable.

Works but takes time. I have been taking these melts for a v long time, every night. Mostly, i am off to sleep right away but i need 2 @ a time. Sometimes it's 2 hrs & 2 extra before they work but that's not often & their reaction for you may be entirely different. They have a slight orangey taste. Sleep well.

Night terrors from Melatonin? This is the only alternative I have found that works! It is amazing
