High quality full fat milk I can't find at any of my stores. Creamy, odor free and mixes well. I use it for bread.

Taste very much like real whole milk. We make it by the gallon instead of buying fresh milk in the store and can use dry form in baking with lumps or warming it before mixing.

The milk is really really good- tastes like milk, and not the usual powdered milk I use. I dont even drink cow milk, let alone whole milk, but I find great value in keeping powdered milk on hand for various cooking, baking, or SHTF needs. I try to stock whole milk powder because I can always water it down. Also whole milk works better in baking, cooking. Since I dont buy cow milk (but rarely) being able to have some cow milk on demand is fantastic. I can just make up what I need, at any consistency, and there is no waste. When it comes to stuff like this, I buy the largest amount I can afford. Since much of it is shelf stable, I can either tuck it away, OR I can break it down into smaller storable sizes using simple mason jars, or mylar bags. I plan to share this bag with my mom (unless she has already put in an order, ha).

Filled to the very top. Dissolves very easy, water doesn't even need to be hot, just warm. I'll also try using cold water next 😀. This is my first time trying powdered milk 🥛 I'm glad I bought this brand. Yalll it taste soooo good 😋, taste better than regular liquid milk . I made barley & poured milk. Absolutely NO clumping 😁

Just tried it in my tea, EXCELLENT!! Creamy and delicious. Melted quickly into the tea and tasted just like I added milk. So happy that I tried this.

Great way to keep milk on hand wh3n you do t use milk a lot! It lasts a long while, it is great for baking.
