Great Natural Sugar Alternative for Baking
I tried Date Lady Organic Date Sugar because I wanted a more natural alternative to regular sugar, and I really like, especially for baking. It’s made from just one ingredient, dried ground dates, which I appreciate. No additives, just whole fruit. The flavor has a mild, warm sweetness that works really well in baked goods. I’ve used it as a substitute for white and brown sugar in muffins and cookies, and it performs well when used 1:1. The texture is slightly different, but the results come out moist and flavorful. Worth the value for the money. One thing to be aware of is that this sugar does not dissolve in drinks. This is a great option if you’re looking for an organic, vegan, and paleo-friendly sweetener made from real ingredients. It’s a solid product to keep in the pantry.

Best healthy choice.
Oooo mmmmyyy goooodddd so amazing to use and healthy too. Perfect replacement of cane sugar to this one and no compromise on your taste buds. Using them to make pancakes, coffee, chia seed pudding. Also it adds a color to ur dish too, which enhances the look along with flavors.

Bad batch
I love this sugar it's delicious, I would give it 5 stars but I discovered that seeds got possibly grounded in the sugar after I baked some muffins,it tasted like there's sand in it. So the manufacturer should be mindful of that.

Good but be careful!
This is a good substitute however, you must know whatever recipe you’re using has to be altered because this sugar is fibrous and the consistency is not the same as cane sugar.

Finally a refined sugar substitute that is all natural one ingredient
Made cinnamon toast on sourdough with it right when I got it. Childhood favorite. Was amazing flavor, only drawback is it's pretty powdery not crystallized. Can't wait to try in other recipes.

Beware when using for baking cookies
Baked my Grandmothers time tested sugar cookies recipe using 1/4 date sugar. For the first time in probably over 100 years the dough was dry and crumbly. Added water, which helped, but clearly something was off. It most positively was the date sugar. I do think it added flavor to the dough but bakers should use with caution. As a result of my complaint Date Lady gave me a refund. Pretty amazing!
