Where (i.e., what country) are these manufactured?

China, just like everything else that is sold in the US. However, they are a good quality, heavy gauge stainless steel.

What is the width of the smallest spoon? Please and thank you

It is a tapered width spoon from the back to the front. The spoon itself is 0.277 inches slight more than a quarter of an inch 0.250

who makes these? what is brand? I like to know in case they are accurate & I want more.

Brand is not written on them nor is the country of origin. They seem to be well made and pretty accurate.
