Love the book but the packaging was awful - it’s a miracle the book was damaged so little.

each book arrived dirty???
I ordered this book twice. The first time it came with orange food residue all over it - really disgusting. I then ordered a replacement in hopes of getting a better copy, but it came bent with a bunch of scuff marks. I am really unhappy with my experience with this product. Now to return I have to go to a purolator which is super inconvenient for me rather than be able to choose which return option conveniences me best. Super disappointing.

Excellent book
This book covers in a very didactic way the topics of automatic control and also analyzes cases using matlab / simulink and labview, two fundamental tools to simulate automatic control systems. As for the quality of your printing, there is nothing to reproach.
