i am using this together with the cream. have been for almost three weeks and I don't see significant change which I don't expect so soon but I had measured 40 inches initially now it measures 40.5. as I said I don't see it but I trust my measuring tape. sometimes I take two pills, just anxious that it may help work faster, one in the morning one in evening, but I will not continue to do this as I may just be wasting my money. so it would be nice if admin could reply and tell me if taking two increases the chances. i am just going to remain positive about it because the measurement is positive and i really want to achieve that full 18% growth. i am documenting the process so fingers crossed. update: almost three months and no significant change. i was told that i was on my period when i did the measurement and that's y it measured more initially. i am still hopeful cause i ordered a 3 pack again. will keep you updated update: it has been over 6 months. i am even smaller than when i started i think. it did not work. this may not be so for everyone. but i just wanted to give my honest review update. and that will be the final now that it has all been finished.

(I'm assuming this was without the supplements and without working out).
