Will this fit a 7 year old.

I bought this for my daughter 7th birthday. She's a little bigger than an average 7yr old and this did fit her. There was loads of room in it, but it didn't slip off her. Hope this helps.

Can you add charms to it

I tried adding a Pandora charm to it and I couldn't get it on because of the circular link on the end. Although, it would have fitted on the actual chain.

Can you add charms to the bracelet

You could if the charm is wide enough to pop over the loop on the fastening it's not a wide loop on the fastening
