I bought these for a TravelPro suitcase and ir worked perfectly. The wheel itself was a little bigger which made it easier to maneuver. If you are replacing wheels I recommend changing all wheels at the same time for better performance.

Will these work on Tprc carry on luggage?

It's hard to answer, but it worked for my Samsonite spinner. I suggest doing a measurement test with your existing wheelset to confirm.
