Does it contain the amino acid L-theanine?

Read all of the package label and could not find that anywhere. So I guess not.

Is it certified Kosher?

This is a dry powder form of whey protein. Whey is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. It is a byproduct of the manufacturing of cheese or casein. Whey is also found in yogurt. Not sure how or why they would add certified Kosher. There is no label stating Kosher.

Is the scoop that is provided a one serving scoop or a two serving scoop? it just seems so large and i want to make sure im portioning correctly.

The scoop is for 8oz of milk, 2 scoops for 16 oz! Adjust to fit your weight gaining goals! I use Lactose free milk 2%, you cut down on stomach issues. Exercise first, then feed your muscles, with this supplement!
