Purchased this to replace my existing hob that had a big chip in it. I wanted a touch control one for that clean look and this one has just that.. Installation was pretty simple as the hole in my worktop was just the right size. I just had to wire it into my existing cooker switch, install the seal around the edge of the hob and drop it into the hole. The hob controls are easy to use and include a timer,child lock and hot indicator. In use, it heats up far faster than my old unit and seems to hold a reasonably even temperature. Overall I am very pleased with it..
