Ultra

Best tampon for very heavy flow. I still have to back up with period pants overnight, but far superior to any other tampon. At first I was put off by no applicator but with a bit of practice I’d now never go back as less plastic waste.Good price too compared to Tampax.

These are massive. The sizes are not as I am used because in germany the same name is associated with a different size. But otherwise, they are good quality and I can't complain: they do the job right and are comfy, so you won't feel them despite tue size.

Fantastic no leaks ! Perfect

Bought these for holidays and very pleased. Have heavy periods but felt confident using these

Perfect for heavy flow days I was using another leading brand (same absorbency)and was forever leaking. Switched to lil-lets and I’ve never once had an issue. I have them on subscription as I will never use anything else.

I usually buy S-drugs own version of this product but lately they haven't seem to stock it. Li-lets are abit expensive but they are one of the few manufacturers who make this size. Very good if you have a heavy cycle and comfortable to use. Good product and good price with fast delivery.

Love these, hard to find! Makes my life so much easier

I carry these Lil-Lets non-applicator ultra tampons in my first aid kit. They are great as firelighters, which is my preferred use, but also ideal for heavy flow days. They can be surprisingly hard to find in shops, and I have had occasions where I have had to search for them, so keeping a few on hand can save the day until the shops open again.Compact and versatile, they are a useful item to have whether for their intended purpose or for emergency outdoor situations.
