2005 Lincoln LS sunroof
This worked better than expected. Stopped leak and went around the curves in glass with ease. Took about 5 minutes to apply. Clean surface well...and press it down firmly several times.

Poor craftsmanship
Absolute crap. Took my time and prep the surface like others said to but that wasn't a problem. The problem was the quality of the adhesive material on the gasket. Adhesive material kept coming off the gasket while peeling the red tape off of it. See pics for details. And yes I did take my time peeling it with clean hands and clean surfaces.

Do not use the included cleaning pads!
It took two install attempts to get the roof sealed. 1st try, I used the included cleaning pads, smells like Lacquer thinner and left a residue. I pulled the strip like you would masking tape to turn the corners, temps here were in the 115 range and the rubber pulled loose most likely due to my install technic and the residue left behind by pads. 2nd try, used 90% Isopropyl alcohol to clean, laid strip down with out pulling it, I used the butt end of a plastic handle to press the strip down, I waited 2 days and the strip was still in place, I took it to a drive through car wash and had no water leaks which is why I got this. I am a mechanic by trade so had some previous experience with weather stripping. Surface needs to be surgically clean The strip really needs to pressed down for best adhesion.

Instillation
Went on great but did not stay sealed. When driven would flap up. Heat from the sun made it hard to reseal.

Update- Take your time and do it right and it will be great.
Well it’s been 8 months now and sad to say the tape did not hold and is peeling up at the corners. Prob a good cheap temp fix but definitely not a permanent solution. Original review>It’s only been a week but we got a big rain storm last night and no leaks! Installation is easy but you do have to take your time. Clean all the surfaces. I used the two pads that came with the kit but that wasn’t nearly enough. It smeared black all over the paint from the original seal so I used denatured alcohol to wipe off the marks and clean the entire surface. I faced the thin side towards the glass for easier transitions. Started half way up the drivers side and slowly pulled the tape back as I went around. It was kinda cold that’s day 45* f. So I kept the tape in the house to keep it warm and mailable. Cut the end to match up at the end. Hopefully it continues to hold but looks promising so far.

Worked great on 2009 Mini R55 Clubman S panoramic sunroof
Panoramic roof had terrible wind noise and I will never open the roof anyway. This gasket is super easy to work with, exactly fit into the gap between the panoramic sunroof and the roof. I had to go back and readjust after a couple of days - the corners lifted. I realized I had stretched the rubber instead of pressing straight down on it. I was able to remove the entire strip, reposition to be sure both pieces of tape had something to stick to, ensured there was no stretch, carefully pressed the rubber into the gap and a week later it's still sticking strong and there is absolutely no more wind noise. The tape is strong enough to withstand removal and re-attachment. No problem.

Extremely disappointed and did not work as expected
I purchased this tape to seal my sunroof, hoping for a quick and effective solution to stop leaks. Unfortunately, the product fell far short of expectations. The tape didn't adhere well to the surface, and within a few days, it started peeling off, making the situation even worse. It was also difficult to apply, with the edges not sticking properly no matter how much pressure I applied. To make matters worse, I included pictures with my review, one of which clearly shows water on the driver's side floor—proof that this tape did nothing to prevent leaks. This product is simply not reliable for automotive use, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I'm returning it and looking for a better solution.
