Wonderskin Wonder Blading Lip Stain Peel Off Masque - Long Lasting, Waterproof and Transfer Proof Pink Lip Tint, Matte Finish Peel Off Makeup (Charming Masque)

I was very sceptical to try it. My lips have been dry and flaky my whole life, and the older lip stains in the past from other brands which are drippy and watery tend to just clump in the dry parts of my lips, creating a very uneven tone. Lipsticks never worked very well either - they all eventually dry and cake up on my lips unevenly. Finally, a product that gives me an even and natural lip colour enhancement without gathering in the dry parts of my lips. I bought it in Charming as I am light-medium skin tone, and a Winter colour analysis season, and I need something with a bit more colour on my lips and in a red or berry shade to look my best. This is it - Charming is indeed, an accurate medium berry shade lip colour. My natural lip colour is very pale pink, almost whitish. This however, gives my lips a rosy, berry coloured tint. It looks like I put lipstick on. Because my lips are always dry, they need lip balm applied every few hours on to keep them moist. It used to be that applying lip balm with whatever lip colour product I use would cause the lip colour to smear or fade. That meant constant reapplication, which is tiresome. I'm low maintenance. This product is the holy grail! Now I can use lip balm on top of it to keep my lips moisturised, while not having to reapply lip colour constantly. I'm sold! I've bought Adore, XOXO, and Glamorous as well. Adore is like a peachy rose, very natural peachy tint. XOXO is more of a natural rosey shade, so as you can see in my pictures, Adore has more of a peachy, golden tint compared to XOXO. Adore and XOXO are what Wonderskin calls "fresh tints" (there are 3 fresh tint shades) they don't offer as much coverage as the other Wonderskin colours. I have two toned lips and the darker edges of my lips are still visible after applying the fresh tint shades. It looks really natural, like I put a tinted lip balm on, but the bonus is it stays all day even when I put my lip balm on, and I don't have to reapply. I don't recommend using fresh tints if you're wanting a more opaque colour coverage. Glamorous is an accurate, classic red, suitable for all skin tones. After applying this product, my lips felt tingly and a bit numb. Very easy to remove product with a wet tissue. I did not scrub my lips at all prior to application, I just put some Aquaphor to moisturise, and colour result was fine, not at all patchy. Whenever lips are moistened (by licking, or in this case, by using a wet tissue to remove the product) and then wiped dry, they inevitably get a bit dry. This is normal for my lips, and the lip stain is not to blame for this. I simply put on some Aquaphor afterwards and my lips are good to go. Lasts for a good few hours. Micellar water removes a large amount of the stain, so I use it to remove any leftover stains at night before bed, or if the stain is too much, I dampen it by wiping with tissue soaked with micellar water.

Was a bit nervous putting on blue lipstain before work, but when I wiped it off a minute or two later it left me with lovely pink lips. It didn't last all day but I applied it at 7am and it was still visible at 1pm after eating and drinking. Really happy!

Good product, nice colour, just doesn’t last all day. Will buy again though in other colours.

Disappointing - first colour I bought was XOXO because it was the most natural sheer colour. I’m 56 and just wanted a light coverage as my lips have started to pale. I was just looking for a very natural look. Absolutely no colour pay off at all. £14 down the drain So I bought the colour Lovely…. A stronger tint apparently tiny bit of colour but NOTHING like the photos and despite my lips being nourished and not at all dry, I got a dark line along the centre of my bottom lip like a bruise! Looked awful but soon came off anyway. Literally no staying power! Another £14 wasted I’d also bought Charming which I thought I’d use as an outline - it’s a darker more intense colour (apparently). Nope! It’s a clumsy brush so it was difficult to place it as a liner. Have hardly any colour pay off just a tinge, no outline so tried it all over and yet again dyed a line along centre of my lips as well as two blotches on top lip! Colour is as barely there really but more fake pinky and was off within an 30 mins after one coffee. ANOTHER £14 wasted!!! Save your money and use a tinted lip balm or a long stay gloss. Influencers showing you photos are either edited or their wearing lipstick. An absolute swizz. 1. Patchy and poor colour payoff 2. No staying power 3. Waste of money better results with a long stay lip balm or gloss Sorry Wonderskin - not a wonder at all!

Easy enough to apply, but even waiting as long as possible the depth of colour isn’t anywhere near what the photos show. The colour is very subtle and doesn’t last all day. I bought 2 different colours and I can’t really tell the difference when they are on. Ironically, if I get it on my skin the colour looks fabulous and stays there beyond 24 hours! For the money, they aren’t delivering on their promise

Love it. Colour is very good is stay long on the lips. I recommend to moisturise lips before and after because is drying your lips. You have to wash it with water after it dry. The instructions say leave it for 1 minute but for better results leave it for 5 minutes and wash it off. Value of money. And easy to apply.

I love this! I was quite sceptical, but after so many positive reviews and seeing such good results I had do try it! I’m so glad I did, as it was so fun to apply and show off my purple lips to hubby and then wash it off he was gobsmacked 😛 then it lasted all day. It started to fade around dinner time, once eaten and drank but a quick top up and I was good to go and show off my luscious red lips. I bought the could I did as a tester but I will get more a pink colour next time for sure 👌🏼

Rubbish. Does not stay in for 10 mins let alone 24hrs thumbs down from me

Lovely product! I ordered the “charming” color. Few tips to perfect the use of the product. 1) make sure your lips are moisturized for a more even stain. I use something like a lip mask or moisturizer like blistex before application and it works great. 2) when applying, use a thicker coat for a deeper stain.. I let it sit for a few minutes and then wipe it off, I found if I leave it on for a few mins vs 1 minute it stains a bit better. Use a wet paper towel to remove, comes off easier. 3) use a lip oil or moisturizer ontop and it’s perfection! It lasts all day, I love the fact that I can put it on at 7 am before work and it still on by end of day! Obviously it fades throughout the day, but still looks great, just re apply lip oil/moisturizer and you’re good to go.

Lasts all day! I overline my lips and it honestly looks like they have been done. It’s so simple to do in the morning and looks polished all day - just don’t forget to wipe the purple stain off before you leave the house 😂

I didn’t like how the product made my lips feel. The color wasn’t vibrant and required gloss.

I’ve tried a lot of lip stains and most of them either feel drying or fade unevenly after a couple hours, but this one surprised me. The shade Charming is really pretty and natural looking. It gives my lips a soft flush of color rather than looking like heavy lipstick, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The formula is what really stands out. Once the color sets, it actually stays put for quite a while without transferring everywhere. I can drink coffee, eat, and go about my day without constantly checking if my lipstick has disappeared. It fades much more evenly than most stains I’ve tried too, which makes it look natural even after several hours. Another thing I like is that it doesn’t feel thick or sticky. My lips still feel comfortable, and I can easily layer a balm or gloss over it if I want a little more shine. Overall I’ve been really happy with it and find myself reaching for it regularly. If you like lip products that give a natural flush of color but last longer than typical lipsticks, this one is definitely worth trying.
