Reliable and great coverage
I’ve used this many times on both my hair and my daughter’s hair—I'm not a hairdresser, but it’s very easy to use. It smells nice, covers easily, and gives great results every time. As you can see in the picture I got sent two tubes, one with an old packaging and one with the new. Upon opening I could see they were different colours but thought nothing of it because they were going to be mixed anyway. Upon mixing it created a horrible formula, seemed thick and gritty. Because of this it had trouble actually saturating the hair and came out patchy. I thought this was odd as I've always had great results with schwarzkopf so decided to try again and ordered the same dye off an official salon website. I had completely different results. The formula was smooth and consistent. When saturating the hair it felt like a conditioner. After washing off I had a much deeper colour and full coverage. Im assuming the ones I bought off amazon were rejects/failed quality control or even fakes. Girls please buy off a proper site. I only use professional products on my hair and I'm now unsure of what was actually in the tube as it 100% wasn't the normal formula.
