We’re very happy with this stovetop cover so far. It fits our 30" range perfectly and has a nice thickness to it. The silicone material gives it a grippy, slightly sticky texture that keeps it in place, and it’s extremely easy to clean. It rolls out flat easily without curling and stores easily when not in use. We don’t put hot pans directly on it, but it’s sturdy enough to place items on the stovetop while the oven is running, especially when using trivets. Great product at a great price.

It's a stove top protector, it does it's job and looks nice, don't throw it on a hot stove. Not a hard concept

Finally got around to making this purchase and really glad I did! I have a Kitchen Aid induction cooktop that measures 30 3/4” x 21 1/4” and this mat almost covers the entire top. Short of a 1/2 “ at the sides and 1/4” at the back, I don’t think I could get a better fit. Very pliable and love the darker grey colour, easily removed to the counter to use for extra work space, as well as using it like a trivet to protect my quartz countertop from hot pots. I was constantly worrying about dropping something heavy on it and causing a crack or major scratch or even worse, having to replace it. For $52 Canadian, this is a small price to pay for peace of mind, especially after seeing that a replacement cooktop would cost $3,000 plus Can. Yikes!! Delivery was excellent, received within 2 days. Have ordered a smaller one to use a drain mat for dishes. I would strongly recommend!

Due to the ridges, it does take a little work to clean any spills. So far the heat resistance works fine. Taking a hot baking sheet directly from the oven to the mat does not result in any impact to the mat. It really helps keep the stove top clean and scratch-free. Highly recommend other than the price is slightly high.

Anyone who owns a glass/ceramic stove top, should have one of these. I purchased a new induction stove a few years ago. I was getting a glass bottle of olive oil from over the stove and of course it slipped out of my hand and straight through my induction ceramic stove top. It was going to cost more to replace the top than a new stove. Lesson learned, no heavy items over the stove!! While this item wont stop a stove top from shattering if you drop something heavy on it, it will offer some protection from pots and pans being scraped across it and small items dropped on it. I have a small kitchen with very limited counter space, this item was a marvellous idea to give extra room when not using the stove top. Having an induction stove top i can flip half the mat over to use two burners on the stove, while still giving me room to put a hot pot on, also very handy for putting hot dishes/baking sheets from the oven etc., as it will take temperatures of 450. This item is good looking, and functional, as it can also be used as a draining mat for dishes but especially handy as extra counter space for a small kitchen.

Good quality -soft silicone material yet sturdy enough so I know it’s protecting my stove top. I know my cat gets up on the counters when I’m asleep and I want to protect my glass stove top. Rolls up nicely during the day when I’m using the stove
