Ive used Rosheild blocks before but hared how they worked. Sadly caught the rat on camera, sat on top of machine. Blocks it is ### ⭐ Be aware of only six months warranty *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 17 October 2025* I was really impressed with the ROSHIELD Electric Rat & Mouse Trap when I first bought it. It worked perfectly indoors and did exactly what it promised. I charged it fully and stored it away over the summer, expecting to use it again the following season. When I went to set it up in the autumn, the LED light started flashing red and blue, and the unit stopped working. Technical support was quick to respond, which I appreciated, but I was very disappointed to learn the warranty only lasts six months.I was offered a 25% discount on a replacement, but I declined — a product like this should last much longer than a few months. Great performance at first, but poor longevity and warranty make it hard to recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noisy, but I hope it will be a good trap! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 June 2024* It’s early days and I will update my review once I have used it more, initial frustration is the beep noise, this is going in a small attic right next to the headboard of our bed, the last thing I want is an intermittent beeping noise once the trap has been activated in the middle of the night, which is the usual time the rat appears. I went to Roshield Control website and I see they no longer sell this item which is a bit concerning, perhaps the product is end of life?Like others have said, it takes a good 4 - 5 hours to fully charge, even with a 20w apple charger connected!Do this at your own risk, I took the battery out to make it safe, 6 screws later I was inside the device and I have superglued up the speaker, so its a very muted/quiet beep now, much better. It is the little round black plastic thing on the circuit board with a small hole in it. I am a qualified electronics engineer so happy to do this and also happy to void my warranty so we get a good nights sleep.I will update once I have caught the rat, its been seen on my loft camera and its had a good sniff of the outside of the trap, only a matter of time before it goes in I hope! ## Frequently Bought Together - ROSHIELD Electric Rat & Mouse Traps - Professional Quality & Heavy Duty Pest Control Trap for Instant Kill - Large Reusable & Easy Set, Humane & Efficient - ROSHIELD Rat & Mouse Snap Trap Bait Attractant 20g Syringe | Ideal for All Rodent Traps | Professional-Quality Attractant Increases Catch Rate - ROSHIELD 4 x Rat Traps - Professional Quality & Heavy Duty Pest Control Traps for Instant Kill - Large Reusable & Easy Set Rodent Solution --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://macedonia.desertcart.com/products/615705142-roshield-electric-rat-and-mouse-traps-professional-quality-and-heavy](https://macedonia.desertcart.com/products/615705142-roshield-electric-rat-and-mouse-traps-professional-quality-and-heavy) --- *Product available on Desertcart Macedonia* *Store origin: MK* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
