Convenient multiple compartments comfortable

I recently purchased this bag for my boss (for his birthday) as he had been carrying around the same torn up backpack from 10 years ago. He got it as a gift on 7/3. Tonight he sent me a message with the pictures posted and stated that the plastic piece broke. His bag is now unable to be used at this time. I’m not even sure how to get this piece or a replacement as I’ve not had this happen before. He LOVES this bag and is super bummed that he has only had it about 2 weeks and it’s broken. 😢 I’m going to try to find the same piece in metal as I feel this will just continue to happen with the plastic.

Just what I was looking for, not to big, not to small. The ruck is well made with good stiching, no missed bits or loose bobs, and the upper shoulder strap is wide, padded, and comfortable. The part that you can adjust for length is endeed long and it is just like the seatbelt strap in an automobile, soft and pliable. I had no problem getting the strap adjusted and I simply wrapped the extra length around twice and through the last wrap. It looks and feels fine and I have extra strap if needed. The hardware is plastic of some tuff sort but is also good, all but two of the zippers are the chunky kind and all zips work fine and are attached correctly. I purchased the Laptop sized bag which is the largest option. I fit a parachute hammok, small water purifier, water bottle, small woodgas can stove, small mess kit, 3 days dry rations, and a change of clothes in it and still had room in the outer pockets for compass, map, note book, pencils and meds. I didnt think it would all fit but it does and is still comfortable to wear. I am a Happy Camper!

Got this bag for my son it lasted about 3 months before it tore, it would have been OK if it wasn't used everyday, he liked the style, it was ok in size

This has been a pretty good bag for me. I've been using it daily as my carry all to work for 6 months. I haul my surface tablet, chargers, wallet and personal necessities every day (about 12 lbs). It's also a great bag for day or overnight trips for work because I can put in a change of clothes (jeans & polo) and still have room for anything else I need. The back pocket is a very secure spot for the passport, cash, etc... The only issue I've had is that the shoulder strap began to pull loose from the stitching on one side, so I switched to using the opposite shoulder however it also pulled loose. The Seller stood by their warranty and have replaced the bag without any fuss. I really appreciate that because of how much I have been using the bag however time will tell if the construction of the first bag was a fluke.

I'm a backpack collector. I have to find the perfect pack, and I end up collecting them. Had I found this one five years ago I would have two fewer. This page is perfect. It fits well, it has enough space to work as a day pack, and I can even fit my lunch in it. I love the color, too. The zippers work well with no snags. I have no regrets about this purchase.

Unfortunately this good looking sling bag did not last the first seven days of the new school year. Has great concept and design. Could be a bit deeper and wider. Very brittle plastic straps, zipper completely came off the main large pocket that holds chrome book in place. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed! Sorry son, I’ll find a better solution for your needs. Until then, wishful thinking.

It's slim so don't expect to put bulky items inside. Sturdy and resistant. Great zippers. Comfortable. I'm not tall (1,56m) and didn't find it big.
