Wildkin Kids Insulated Lunch Box, Unicorn

Almost 2 years in and looks new with a wash. I am very pleased with how well this lunch box has held up to two years of school and almost two full summers of camp. Other lunch boxes we’ve had have cracked inside on the lining, but this one has absolutely no issues. We even used a light stain remover and washed it on a gentle cycle in the washing machine to get the dirt off the outer fabric, and it looks nearly new. It is definitely not leak proof as we’ve had a few leaky items from time to time when bags or the bento box inside were not closed all the way, but those messes were easily cleaned up with some soap and water. Highly recommend.

I loved the size, the sturdiness, the pockets, the handle, the color, the schnazzy glitter exterior. The only thing i'm not liking is every now and again, depending on hos often I use it, I discover tiny pink glitter on my skin, clothes, or interior of the bag I put it in. I wasn't sure if the glitter effect would be a texture, and I wasn't upset with it until I started using the bag more. O well. I still like the quality of the product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Very cute design! We love the Wild horse theme but I love all of the Wilkin designs. I think they do a great job of having many options for all the different interests children may have. Something to note may be if your child eats a lot and you find yourself packing a lot for them for lunch, you may want to opt for a bigger size. This lunch box may be a little tight depending on what you need to pack for the day.

This lunchbox was bought for my 7 year old daughter, and works perfectly for her needs. I'm not sure if it would work for an adult, depending up how much food you tend to pack for work or other purposes. She is able to pack an ice pack with a Lunchable, Capri Sun Juice Box, cheese stick, and a baggie of carrots. Other than that you wouldn't be able to hold much more in it. Of course, being 7 it gets a pretty good beating. She takes it on the bus, and goodness knows what it goes through at school, and it is holding up very well. She has had other lunchboxes that have shown wear and tear very quickly. This one has shown no wear and tear at this time and has not developed any holes or other noticeable issues. The colors do match the colors shown in the picture. Furthermore, on the inside of the bag is a nice waterproof material that is easy to wipe out if she spills anything on the inside.

Cute little lunch box. Good size for a bentgo and an ice pack. The only problem is the zipper gets stuck and it frustrates my first grader.

My little one loves this lunchbox. We got it as a replacement for another lunchbox that had a poor quality zipper. Thankfully, this one has a nice smooth functioning well made zipper. I know I sound like a nut, but, when it’s being used by a child, that’s important, haha. It keeps her stuff cold and can stand up to being hand washed. Not sure how long the glitter coating will last, but it doesn’t come off from touching it and can take a hand washing, so, so far so good. The best thing I can equate it to is like the sparkly coated construction paper in craft or hobby stores. I don’t know if I’d toss it in the washer, but, seems like it’d probably be ok. All in all, we’re happy with it.

I'm finally getting around to writing a review for this lunch pail. I bought this about almost 2 years ago for my daughter and it's been a great one. She loves horses and so that's why we picked this lunch pail. I preferred getting one like this so that it would fit the containers that we put her lunch in better than the ones that are more vertical. The inside has an elastic band that can go around a water bottle, or soup thermos and hold it in place. We love that feature. It also have a mesh sleeve along the inside lid. This works great for holding any extra snacks, candy, utensils, napkins, notes from home etc. This lunch pail is also durable. Like I said I bought it 2 years ago and we still use it on and off today. I've also put it in the washer on the delicate cycle to help get it clean and it's still maintained it's form and padded edges. I would recommend this company again because I think they make a really great and sturdy lunch pail. And lets be honest, all that our kids go thru in a school day their lunch pails need to keep up with them.

Big enough for standard water bottle and grub! Great!

These lunch bags are the only ones I will buy for my children. They have been used for years, this is our newest one. They wash really well, even when done regularly, and the designs are really nice. Would highly recommend.

I bought this for my new job, would recommend, however the glitter goes slightly molt, but only if rubbed against.
