Beautiful drink dispenser, worth the money, quality materials, easy to put together, doesn't leak!

This is quite a statement piece, and it looks terrific. It is incredibly well packaged and has detailed instructions with pictures. (OK so it's pretty easy assembly but this was just another positive feature on the customer satisfaction side for me!) The glass is thick enough not to be delicate and has a lovely vertical ripple which is nicer than the photo shows. I love the wood base and lid which add more interest. Very happy with this purchase. It is substantial and will take up some room and if I had a very small criticism, it's that the spigot is high enough to leave a good 1" of liquid that will require tipping the glass.

I’m in love with these drink dispensers! My husband and I own a catering business and we needed a more elegant alternative to our large plastic cheap dispensers for our nicer events. We bought 2 of the 1.7 gallon. They are stunning! I was worried about some reviews saying that they leaked. If that happens, the spigot assembly needs to be tightened. They include a tool to install/tighten the spigot. Problem fixed! I’ll definitely be buying a third!

Overall, a nice item but way overpriced. The glass top had a couple of imperfections (bubbles in the glass). See photo. This is not consequential but just a note. I wish the tap was lower so you could get more water out. The middle of the tap is 1.5 inches from the base of the glass container so you lose access to that much water unless you start tipping it. The photos in the listing don't show it but there is a protrusion at the bottom of the glass container that sits inside a recess on top of the wood base. This is to keep the glass part stable and prevent it from slipping off the base. The fit it not perfectly tight and there is some play in it. The protrusion prevents you from resting the container on a surface so you have to hold it while it is being filled which can get heavy. It may have been better to create a lip around the wood base to keep the glass container secured. Overall, a very simple, function item but there is nothing about this that justifies a $100+ price.

The quality of the product is good, but the leather strap on the jar’s cap was torn. I glued it back later. Before shipping they need to check that because it is quite expensive and heavy. Difficult to return the whole product.

Beautiful and very high quality. I was not expecting to have to install the spigot, but it was easy. The packaging it came in was super sturdy, but did not allow for putting the dispenser away with the spigot attached so I improvised! I did not want to have to reinstall the spigot every time I used it so I just turned the spigot to the side inside the packaging and cut out an area in the packaging and it worked out fine so it can be stored safely. This is a lovely drink dispenser and we’re looking forward to using it for our son’s engagement party with margaritas!
