This product is awesome! I have tried many other products professing to help with bowel regularity and ease for women. I found some of them gritty, didn’t mix well, were more gas forming than effective and not helpful overall. I take this product every morning and for me it helps my system to balance so that when my body is ready I have bowel movements that are easier and more complete. It is not a harsh laxative type of product, it works well with my personal system. I highly recommend this product. When I first tried it, it came in a tub which I liked but now I don’t see it available that way. The individual packets work well for taking with you for travelling or working. I first found it in my my neighborhood store so my only complaint is that I can’t find it on Amazon.ca! Canada has women too!

Great natural fiber supplement! Easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and really helps with regularity. I love that it’s made with natural ingredients and no artificial additives.

Love this product! I have had a very difficult time finding a product to help regulate me but this is it. I use it in my coffee every morning and it works very soon after. It is COMPLETELY tasteless and does NOT thicken the liquid you add or to. It is a little pricey, but VERY worth it in my opinion. I have only taken it for 4 days and even skipped a day and have found that it continues to work. Highly recommend it!

It works but it definitely is not flavorless. It should be flavor to disguise the horrible taste. Its manageable but not great.

I usually have issues with my stomach due to my medication. Honestly, I didn't think this product would help, but it surprisingly has! I use 2 packets per day (in water or sprinkled into my food). After the 3 order day of usage, it definitely makes you go to the restroom!! I am only on the 5th day of usage and getting ready to make another purchase! So glad it's covered by HSA!!

I suffered for years with IBS-D and then combination IBS before I discovered the FODMAP elimination diet and found out I have fructose malabsorption. I've always tried to get more fiber in my diet for the other health benefits like lowering cholesterol but many fiber supplements and sources would set off my IBS. I recently discovered that Regular Girl was certified low FODMAP and decided to give it a go. Because this product is prebiotic and contains probiotic, it may cause an upset in the first week. I already started and changed probiotics several times so I was already aware of this problem. It takes a little longer to dissolve in cold juice if I use it instead of water or coffee but my bowel habits after a month of use are definitely along the lines of what most people would consider normal. I am definitely going to keep using it.

The first night I used it, when I got up the next day I didn't feel so great. Once I found out that it was actually a good thing to feel like that and was able to decrease my intake, I started taking 1/2 stick and it works just as much without any issues then once I felt like I could handle it I moved on to 1 stick every other day. Flavor wise...odd. To me the texture was off since it doesn't completely dissolve and I swear it tastes like Corn Flakes...not bad if you like Corn Flakes but that's just what I could taste (even odder since they're supposed to be unflavored 🤷🏼‍♀️

Tasteless and dissolves well. I wanted to up my fiber content to help regulate my blood sugar, and this product is super convenient when I’m on the go. I have mixed it with a variety of liquids with no issues.
