Sizes run small

My husband ordered a XXL with the intention for it , be, a relaxed, easy to move and comfortable fit . However , the jumpsuit he received is a tight fit , to his Large - XL body .Jumpsuit is 90% cotton and 10% polyester . Material is soft to the touch . Color is a bright yellow Daisy .
